This item turned out beautiful. I loved the contact with William. He sent me a photo of the item when completed and asked if I was ok. I requested some changes to the painting, he touched it up and sent another photo for approval. Once approved it took just days to arrive. Packed in a nice wooded box with all the necessary hardware. I woul definitely use them again.
Paintings were better than I imagined and the seller does check to make sure you like the final product before shipping. As others have said, the paintings are shipped in a wooden box to help protect them during transport. The paintings give the perfect about of texture to my space.
