RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Artvista Gallery, every artwork is 100% hand-painted and carefully crafted. We want you to feel confident with your purchase, and we are always here to help if anything is not right.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping responsibility is determined based on the reason for the return:
- If the return is due to our responsibility (such as damage, loss, or other issues on our side), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal preference or any customer-related reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at info@artvistagallery.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the artwork and packaging
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the artwork;
- The artwork must be in its original condition;
- The artwork must be returned in proper packaging (preferably the original packaging).
RETURN PROCESS
- Once your return request is approved, you will have 14 days to ship the item back;
- We recommend keeping photos of the packaging and shipment for insurance purposes.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork:
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days;
- PayPal / Shop Pay: may take up to 3 business days to appear;
- Credit card refunds may take 7–15 business days depending on your bank.
